It’s okay to be negative

It is very common to think that negative thoughts can harm you and you shouldn’t think them. I disagree. Before today’s meditation, I explain why! Hint: your mind is vast…

    Hi Susan, thank you for this instruction. I just finished listening to your book on CD, The Wisdom of a Broken Heart, and I found it valuable, even though I am not currently mid-breakup, because it helped me learn more of the Shambhala studies. BTW, You have an amazing voice, soft, but strong. So it was a gift to me to listen to it as I commuted to work each day. Take good care.

    I love the reminder to have a noble posture, as I’m not used to thinking of my body as noble, and it truly makes a difference. Also, it’s totally fine to have a busy, wandering mind! Ah, what a relief! :-D Thank you.
