The Open Heart Project is a twice-weekly free email newsletter dedicated to supporting you in your meditation practice no matter where you are on the path. It gives you the same information and guidance you’d receive at a Buddhist meditation center—but now all you have to do is push “play.”
Each email contains two videos: a 10-minute guided meditation AND a short talk on a related topic like finding the right posture, working with stress, or developing self-acceptance.
Since 2011, over 5000 people have joined. It is useful for people of all backgrounds and religious beliefs (or non-beliefs).
