The Open Heart Project newsletter comes out twice a week, most often on Mondays and Wednesdays. No special preparation is required. You can start your meditation practice with the first email you receive. (Each email contains introductory instruction).
There are two kinds of memberships in the Open Heart Project: BASIC (for brand new beginners) MEMBER (for more practice options)
