Hello and welcome to your practice.

Sometimes we can feel powerless to create the changes we want to see in the world. Before today’s practice, I offer you a suggestion for recovering your sense of personal power.

Let me hear your thoughts and reflections. We are in this together!

Love, Susan

    Dear Susan:

As usual, your words went straight to the heart of the matter. I so appreciated the idea of using generosity as an antidote to feeling powerless. The word “generosity” has come to have a new and enlivened meaning for me in working with it as a paramita. There is an expansiveness that develops with that approach, one that I might have shied away from in the past, thinking that generosity meant something else. But now I find the actual act of reaching out in difficult times is helping to change my view and have a different experience.

    Thank you.

    Sally

    Hello Susan,

good that you are there … constantly … week for week and day for day… sometimes i feel like it all doesn´t make sense anymore … sitting … why ? Than just sit together and it changes. Even sometimes it is like today more beeing anywhere and can´t count coming back more than being here… feeling traumatised what happens with our trees , our world and it is like the little grass hoppers i loved holding in my hand as child… than there was a house … and always i remembered the grass hoppers that lived there bevore. No one asked them if they want to go.. they just had to.. without respect the needs of their live… thank you for today!
