A morning routine is the key to a day of joy, connection, and forward momentum.
Has this ever happened to you? You wake up in the morning with every intention to honor all your commitments and follow your dreams but find that by end of the day, you’ve been hijacked by life (aka email, family, work responsibilities, and so on). It can feel like you’ve lost control before you’ve even gotten out of bed.
The truth is, deep down, you know what is important. But your true priorities keep sinking to the bottom of the to-do list.
What if there was a way to create a sense of order and flow?
What if there was a way to tap into a fiercely mindful state to move through the day with a sense of purpose and ease?
There is. It’s called a daily routine.
I know this, because every time I teach the process of “Invoking Magic”, participants leave surprised by how much more ease, synchronicity, and meaning they find in daily life.
“Invoking Magic” will help you craft a simple, doable morning meditation and contemplation routine that will act as a touchstone to keep you connected to yourself, those you love, and your true purpose.
This four week experience begins on November 28.
Because this is a fairly intimate experience and I want to have a chance to really connect, it is capped at 50 participants. If you are one of them (and I hope you will be!), you’ll learn that you can make time for your highest priorities: self-care, self-expression, and honoring your most important relationships.
During this program, we will:
- Establish a doable, workable meditation schedule as our working basis.
- Discuss the obstacles and review the antidotes to creating any morning routine.
- Learn a simple 3-step process to help you remain connected to yourself and your priorities
- Craft the right routine for you
- Learn how and why to create and use a practice journal
- Share and celebrate both victories and challenges with the community.
Everyone (everyone) thinks they lack the discipline to stick to a daily routine of meditation and contemplation. This class will prove to you that you do not lack anything, you simply have not set up the right environment, cultivated the right expectations, and discovered a process that actually works. That is what you’ll get in our time together, and what you’ll take with you to keep the momentum going for life.
It begins on November 28, every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 pm. EST for four weeks, and the investment is $54.
All classes are recorded and those recordings are made available within 24 hours of the class. Course materials will be available for use for 60 days from the last class date.
