I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a writer, Buddhist teacher, friend, and community leader. It is my honor to share with you what I’ve learned from more than two decades of meditation practice and Buddhist study: that meditation is far more than the self-improvement hack du jour. It is a path to love.

I have seen over and over how meditation helps you to:

Give up all the self-criticism.

Connect more deeply with the people in your life.

Have the confidence to be 100% genuine.

More than 2500 years of Buddhist meditation practice tells us that, sure, meditation will help you manage stress, but it is actually so much more than that… It is a way of being in the world: fully human, absolutely imperfect, completely devoted to empowering truth, spreading kindness, and giving all you have before the ride is up.

Whether you arrived because a friend recommended me, you read one of my books, or the magic of the internets conspired to bring us together, I’m happy to know you. I hope to offer you tools and friendship that help you break through whatever is holding you back.
