It is so nice to meet a fellow traveler. I’m guessing you’re here because you want to learn to meditate and, beyond that, to connect with your tribe: people who are You’re interested in mindfulness, in part because of the indisputable health benefits, sure, but mostly because you want to feel something other that whatever you feel right now.

You want to feel stronger.

You want more joy.

You’re tired of being made to feel weird because you look at things in a different way.

You know that success is not limited to acquiring more stuff, it’s about empowering truth and spreading kindness.

Your path is not linear and although you can’t really explain what drives you, you trust your inner voice (or want to).

You see that to live a life of love, joy, and power, you need to become loving, joyful, and powerful on the inside and that when you do, what you seek comes to you.

You understand that the most important work happens within. Somewhere along the line, you got the idea that meditation was part of that work, not to become a better leader/athlete/salesperson, but to become a better you.

Whether you arrived because a friend recommended me, you read one of my books, or the magic of the internets conspired to bring us together, I’m glad you’re here. I’m so looking forward to joining you on the path.
