Hello, dear meditator,

This video completes our series on the six paramitas or transcendent actions. The first five are Generosity, Discipline, Patience, Exertion, and Meditative Absorption. These are qualities you can cultivate. The sixth paramita, Prajna or wisdom, does not need to be cultivated as it is something you already possess. In fact, wisdom is the ground of your very being.     Hello Susan, not the likely the best way to comment on last night’s Talk, since I missed the interactive part, &, was just now listening to the audio, with thanks for It. I’ve sent a good number of comments to you,&, the Open Heart Project, during the years I’ve been listening,&,Meditating with you ! My Practice was suggested to me years ago after completing Jon Kabat-Zinn’s,(MBRS), Program, I Suffer From Chronic Pain,&, Anxiety, but have many years of recovery,(bit of a paradox), As I started this Practice, certain people in my life thought it may fill a”Void / an emptiness, in what I called my life’s Balance, give a spiritual direction ! It truly did, it was as I now understand, Insight Meditation, with time I became more aware of myself, intuitive, More knowledgeable, understanding of that “Balance”, but today, after a couple of very hard year’s (a lot of Elder Care, Pain, Grief, Etc.), I find that my Meditation Practice is at best Thin, I’m feeling, lost, and out of “That Sense of Balance” that Guided me for so long, a sense of self doubt, that was I was not aware of before. A presence that you spoke about in yesterday’s Presentation, is this a part of self awareness that I hadn’t faced yet ! Mindful Meditation of all that there is ? Thanks Susan
