This video completes our series on the six paramitas or transcendent actions. The first five are Generosity, Discipline, Patience, Exertion, and Meditative Absorption. These are qualities you can cultivate. The sixth paramita, Prajna or wisdom, does not need to be cultivated as it is something you already possess. In fact, wisdom is the ground of your very being.
