This program is not self-guided. It is live. You are not left on your own with a bunch of videos + instructions for how to use the material. Rather, you will meet as a class for two hours each week with both instructors where new material is presented in person with plenty of time for discussion, questions, and small group breakout sessions. In addition, the group meets for a 30-minute check-in with Jenna at the end of the week to catch any questions, concerns, or experiences that come up once class is over.
Each Monday, we gather live from 3p ET – 5p ET to discuss that week’s content. New material will be presented by Susan and Jenna followed by q&a and a breakout into small groups for discussion. After class, you will receive a homework assignment. Homework is to be posted to our private, members-only forum before the next Monday class.
Beginning in Week Four and for each session thereafter, students will break into pairs to practice offering meditation instruction to each other.
Between Weeks Six and Eight, each student will meet with Susan or Jenna one-to-one to give meditation instruction and receive personal feedback.
During the final class there will be a test. Test questions are provided the first week of class so there is plenty of time for review. On test day, you will be asked to answer one question at random, orally and to the group.
Each Thursday, we will check-in together from 3p ET – 3:30p ET for “office hours” with Jenna.
