Hello, dear meditator,
This week’s question comes from Eugenie:
What I’d like to hear about is the application of meditation throughout the day: when we wake up in the morning, when we rush around, when we parent, when we garden, walk, engage with people, in the middle of town halls, etc. In other words how do we seamlessly benefit from sitting meditation to having a meditative mind all day long.
Before our sit today, I offer a few thoughts about what it means to be mindful in everyday life–which is the whole point, after all! Thanks for your excellent question, Eugenie.
