Thank you so much to those of you who have participated in the Open Heart Project, our wonderful, growing online meditation community. Some of you have been practicing for some months now, which is awesome. Please continue!!

I’ve created a second newsletter (called “Practitioner”) for those who are ready to move beyond the brand new beginner phase and take the next step. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions.

It is a paid newsletter, but I hope the cost will not be a burden. The Open Heart Project has become my full time job and I would like to stay with it and earn an income from it so I can give it all of my attention. The cost is $180 for a year of meditation instruction and guidance. You can pay it all once or in installments of $15 per month.

The Practitioner newsletter helps you really, truly make meditation a habit for life. You will still receive two meditation emails per week (with sessions of varying length) plus additional emails with book reviews and inspiring quotes; a monthly conference call for check-ins and questions; a free evening webinar series; a membership forum for an additional sense of community; a virtual meditation retreat weekend and more. All the details are here.

Meditation practice can help you create a life of sanity and peace and I will do everything I can to support you. I hope you will give it a try. Feel free to email me with questions.

Love, Susan
