How is your heart these days? Are you feeling good about love, confused by love, saddened by love, all/none of the above? Before today’s meditation and in honor of Valentine’s Day, I share with you the Four Noble Truths of Love and how the wisdom behind our practice can support your most intimate relationships. Susan,
This meditation topic (4 Noble Truths of Love) could not have come at a more important time for me, being in the midst of some relationship turmoil myself at the moment. Especially the thing that ‘nobody ever told you about’. Same! It applies to both romantic and non-romantic relationships. Thank you. 🙏🏻
